Welcome To My Practice!
My practice provides individualized care across the adult spectrum of illness. Based in Silicon Valley I am tailored to help young adults (16-25) managing neurodivergence, anxiety, academic stress and early career transitions. I also provide integrated medication and rapid therapy tools for high-performing professionals looking to optimize their self care.
I specialize in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum and depression. I also work with people in addiction recovery , leveraging modern medication tools with harm reduction psychological strategies.
My practice operates across two primary hubs as well as secure telehealth. My primary office is in Scotts Valley just 5 minutes off Highway 17, convenient for Silicon Valley commuters and Santa Cruz county residents/students. I also maintain a monthly clinic in Menlo Park near Stanford.
