I am not contracted with any insurance or third party, andI am opted out of Medicare. I do not use AI scribes or automated note generation. Payment is due in full at the time of visit. A credit card is required on file and is charged on day of service. Dr Daley can create a superbills are generated at your discretion for submittal to insurance.
